Brand Designer

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Apna's brand identity system across all digital and physical touchpoints
• Design marketing assets for web and app, including banners, landing pages, and in-app creatives
• Create high-quality social media content such as feed posts, stories, carousels, and ads
• Produce digital assets for emailers, display ads, and web platforms with visual precision
• Handle print design for brochures, flyers, standees, backdrops, and event collateral
• Design website pages and microsites using Figma
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate strategic ideas into polished visual outputs
• Integrate AI design tools into your workflow to drive quality, speed, and innovation

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio spanning social, digital, and print
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
• Solid Figma skills for designing website pages and developer-ready web assets
• Proficiency in AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini) used for production work
• Proven knowledge of print production, including bleed, resolution, color profiles, and vendor coordination
• Strong understanding of digital production requirements and platform specifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS or tech brands and understanding vernacular communication contexts
• Basic motion design skills for creating animated social or web assets
• Background working with creative agencies or leading brand identity/rebrand projects
• Familiarity with AI animation pipelines, such as image-to-video or text-to-video models
