Brand Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the brand system including logo, color palette, typography, and visual language
• Execute hands-on design tasks for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and presentations
• Collaborate with content, performance, and product marketing teams
• Manage freelance designers from briefing to quality control
• Integrate AI tools for image, video, and motion generation into the production workflow
• Develop motion and video assets for social media and web
• Apply accessibility and UI/UX best practices to digital projects
• Document brand guidelines to ensure organizational consistency

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Google Slides
• Practical experience using AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Veo, Kling, ChatGPT, or Claude
• Experience applying accessibility and UX/UI principles to digital design
• Experience managing freelancers and providing structured feedback
• Proficiency with workflow management tools like Asana

Preferred Qualifications

• Senior-level portfolio involving brand systems and advertising, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech
• Advanced mastery of motion and video design
• Proven experience managing a company's brand identity end-to-end
