Brand Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the brand system, including logo, colors, typography, and visual language
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including website, landing pages, campaigns, and events
• Act hands-on to create design assets, including motion and video for digital channels
• Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Performance teams to translate technical concepts into impactful visuals
• Manage freelance designers by providing briefings, feedback, and ensuring quality and deadlines are met
• Structure processes and routines to scale creative production
• Incorporate AI design tools into the daily workflow to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Fluent English for interaction with global teams
• Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand, web, and campaign design
• Proven experience leading or being responsible for brand design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Slides
• Experience using AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or Runway
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards
• Experience managing freelancers and multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and video production
