Brand Design Intern

Responsibilities

• Learn Interbrand's IP, service offerings, and methodology for brand transformation
• Contribute creative ideas and visual thinking to real client projects from concept through execution
• Sketch, prototype, and visualize ideas using Adobe CC, Figma, and emerging tools
• Support the team in translating insights into visual concepts, brand identities, and experiences
• Participate in design research, problem-solving, and presentation support
• Collaborate with designers and strategists, giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver work to agreed deadlines

Requirements

• Final year of university or freshly graduated
• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and range of work
• Proficient in core design programs including Adobe CC and Figma
• Awareness of current design trends and digital tools
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Comfortable speaking up with ideas and working in team environments
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and take ownership of tasks
