Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, mentor, and develop a world-class brand design team
• Define and evolve Legora's visual identity, brand system, and design language
• Source and manage external creative partners, including agencies and freelancers
• Collaborate with the Brand team to define and execute campaign and content concepts
• Ensure brand coherence across all touchpoints, from marketing to in-product experiences
• Utilize AI and emerging creative tools to unlock new creative capabilities
• Maintain a high bar for craft and quality across all design output

Requirements

• 10+ years in creative roles with at least 3 years of team leadership experience
• Proven track record of building and leading creative teams
• Strong portfolio covering brand systems, digital campaigns, and product marketing
• Experience sourcing and managing external agencies and studios
• Experience working within B2B, SaaS, or technology environments
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Hands-on proficiency with design tools
