About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive performance of Economy brands by improving guest experience, loyalty, and brand audit results
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards across Managed and Franchised hotels
- Promote adoption of ALL – Accor Live Limitless and brand initiatives
- Partner with Operations and Commercial teams to align brand priorities with business objectives
- Monitor performance through dashboards and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop targeted action plans to address performance gaps
- Share best practices and encourage collaboration between hotels
- Support the rollout of new brand initiatives
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Guest Experience, or Hotel Operations
- Proven track record in improving guest satisfaction and brand standards in multi-property environments
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian
- Proficiency in French is a strong advantage
