About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the roll-out and implementation of communication initiatives and creative guidelines under brand campaigns
- Present proposed communication and activation campaigns to management for approval
- Allocate and control budget expenditure by project and report daily
- Brief Marketing teams and agencies on campaign requirements and coordination
- Ensure implementation of CI guidelines under the new brand philosophy
- Set consistent KPI measures and monitor campaign performance via web analytics and pre/post tests
- Manage timelines to ensure organized and timely communication development
Requirements
- 3-5 years of practical marketing experience
- Experience in advertising and communications with knowledge of brand guidelines and point-of-sale implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related commercial subject
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Strong organization, project management, and personnel management skills
- Ability to analyze advertising results and present findings to stakeholders
- Experience with agency models or media buying is a plus
