Responsibilities

• Build proactive, narrative-driven PR tied to thought-leadership and research
• Manage executive and journalist preparation and post-mortems
• Develop and maintain strong media and journalist relationships
• Craft press-worthy storylines from product narratives
• Own and execute the integrated events and comms calendar, including industry events and owned activations
• Manage vendors and production partners for event experiences
• Own Agentio’s voice and content strategy across LinkedIn, X, Meta, and YouTube
• Partner with PMM and Demand Gen to align channel output with campaign calendars

Requirements

• 7+ years of B2B communications experience
• Proven experience using PR, earned media, and owned channels for brand building
• Expertise in launch communications and building press narratives
• Strong agency management skills
• Experience owning event strategy and logistics
• High editorial rigor and attention to detail
• Deep obsession with using AI tools and LLMs for leverage
• Ability to thrive in a zero-to-one, fast-paced environment
