Responsibilities
- Adapt global brand toolkits to local markets and create local brand campaigns across multiple channels
- Lead the preparation and execution of brand campaigns that support business goals
- Drive brand strategy implementation across all consumer touchpoints
- Lead cross-functional project groups to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Utilize consumer insights and research to create relevant activations and materials
- Monitor campaign performance using key business and consumer metrics to drive continuous learning
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure all activities meet company strategy and compliance requirements
Requirements
- 4+ years of Brand Marketing experience within the FMCG sector
- Proven track record in developing and executing performance-driven brand campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to drive actionable outcomes
- Ability to adapt and react quickly within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Fluency in English and fluency in either Czech or Slovak
