About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day relationships and activities for strategic marketing partnerships, with a primary focus on the FinTech space.
- Provide professional, responsive service to clients to build trust and exceed expectations.
- Support the planning and execution of key client activations across venues, festivals, promotions, media, and hospitality.
- Coordinate client status meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and delivering post-call notes.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting by processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and managing client billing.
- Gather and analyze key metrics to create program recaps that demonstrate ROI and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in brand or account management, client service, media, entertainment, or marketing agencies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize simultaneous projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in enterprise technology platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Tableau, Slack, or Asana.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including nights and weekends during peak seasons.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven working style.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with recognizable global brands.
- Experience managing marketing programs that include both physical and digital components.
- Knowledge of consumer and market research to integrate sponsorship recommendations.
- A strong passion for the music industry and knowledge of current artist trends.
