About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
- Design and implement trade marketing programs across modern trade, traditional trade, HORECA, and wholesale channels
- Monitor and optimize trade investment spending to maximize commercial ROI
- Manage distributor relationships and develop joint business plans to drive brand growth
- Track brand KPIs including sell-in, sell-out, distribution coverage, and market share
- Coordinate new product launches including pricing, ranging, and in-store execution
- Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure product availability and alignment with sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or business development within FMCG or consumer goods
- Proven experience managing distributor relationships and trade channel execution in Jordan or the MENA region
- Strong understanding of modern trade, traditional trade, and HORECA channel dynamics
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial planning
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic fluency is a strong plus
