Brand and Trade Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual brand plans aligned with principal guidelines and company objectives
• Manage brand budgets, track ROI, and ensure responsible allocation of spend
• Lead new product launches, including pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and positioning
• Design and execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and visibility programs across all trade channels
• Develop and deploy POS materials, planograms, and channel-specific assets
• Conduct regular market visits to assess execution quality and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and demand plans in collaboration with sales and supply chain teams
• Serve as the key liaison between the company and multinational brand principals/distributors

Requirements

• 4–6 years of FMCG brand management or trade marketing experience
• Proven experience managing multinational brands and collaborating with distributors
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data modeling) and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple workstreams
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience working with regional markets
