Brand and Narrative Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's brand strategy, identity, and narrative.
• Define communication territories, key messages, and brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain brand guides to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Supervise creative direction for content, social media, design, and storytelling.
• Coordinate internal teams and external agencies to ensure quality and consistency.
• Schedule and validate content to ensure alignment with the brand strategy.
• Evaluate and approve creative pieces to strengthen brand recognition and emotional connection with audiences.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience leading brand, communication, or brand narrative.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
• Strong strategic brand thinking and storytelling skills.
• Proven creative direction and judgment.
• Experience managing creative teams and external agencies.
• Ability to translate strategy into consistent multi-channel execution.
