Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers visiting the boutique to provide a luxury experience
• Provide personalized consultation and styling advice tailored to customer needs
• Assist in delivering boutique KPIs and achieving established sales targets
• Present merchandise according to brand guidelines and maintain a tidy, premium store environment
• Coordinate and assist customers with service-after-sales requests, such as repairs
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Supervisor or Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or hospitality
• Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity using POS systems
• Extremely personable, positive, and approachable demeanor
• Fantastic customer service skills and ability to engage with luxury clientele
