Responsibilities

• Exemplify the Timeless in-store experience and act as the face of the brand
• Educate and inspire patients, customers, and dispensary staff about products and promotions
• Ensure brand merchandising standards are met within dispensaries
• Set up booths, promotional stands, and stock promotional products for events
• Distribute apparel, accessories, and marketing materials to source new sales opportunities
• Report on demonstration-related information, interest levels, and distribution metrics
• Conduct Budtender education for dispensary staff
• Occasional travel outside the state to assist with Timeless events

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
• Positive, solution-focused attitude under pressure
• Detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work Thursday - Saturday PM shifts (up to 30 hours per week)
• High integrity and trustworthiness

Preferred Qualifications

• Cannabis industry knowledge and community connections
• Proven track record in hospitality or hosting services
• Demonstrated cannabis industry background
