Responsibilities

• Exemplify the Timeless in-store experience and act as the face of the brand at dispensary locations and events
• Educate and inspire patients, customers, and dispensary staff with knowledgeable insights about products and promotions
• Ensure brand merchandising strategy and standards are met inside dispensaries
• Set up booths, promotional stands, and stock promotional products
• Distribute apparel, accessories, brochures, and marketing materials to source new sales opportunities
• Report on demonstration-related information, interest levels, and distribution metrics
• Conduct Budtender education for dispensary staff
• Occasional travel outside the state to assist with Timeless events

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
• Positive, solution-focused attitude under pressure
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through abilities
• Adaptable team player willing to take on any task
• High integrity and trustworthiness
• Availability for contract work (up to 30 hours per week), generally Thursday - Saturday PM shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Cannabis industry knowledge and community connections
• Proven track record delivering hospitality or hosting services
• Demonstrated cannabis industry background
