Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience by engaging with guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized suggestions to meet their needs
• Promote brand loyalty by introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels
• Flex between different store zones including the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for interacting with people
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
