Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Drive brand education across all channels including On-trade, Off-trade, E-commerce, and Redistributors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade influencers such as mixologists, bartenders, and bar owners
• Lead the design and implementation of the global SIP Programme across South Africa
• Support sales teams by owning cocktail menus, staff loyalty programs, and bespoke bar solutions
• Act as a brand spokesperson and influencer to build brand advocacy and equity
• Identify and execute brand development opportunities through trade associations and relevant events
• Provide internal expertise on future drink trends, competition, and category insights

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in the trade industry
• Proven bar management experience within a trade environment
• Commercial Graduate Qualification or equivalent professional experience
• WSET Level 2 in Spirits (or equivalent) is highly preferred
