Brand Ambassador, Experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of "Canadian Warmth"
• Advise customers on product needs through expert product knowledge
• Drive sales performance, conversion, and Units per Transaction (UPT)
• Foster lasting client relationships and loyalty through consistent engagement
• Facilitate personal shopping appointments to inspire assigned clients
• Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and key performance targets
• Contribute to a positive store environment through teamwork and collaboration
• Execute operational standards, including efficient use of register systems and store maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours (including peaks and holidays)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with luxury lifestyle brands
• Experience working in high-volume retail environments
• Proficiency in an additional language
