Brand Ambassador, Experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior customer service journey reflective of "Canadian Warmth"
• Advise customers on product needs through expert product knowledge
• Drive sales by achieving revenue targets and improving conversion and Units per Transaction (UPT)
• Foster lasting client relationships and loyalty through engagement with product launches and brand events
• Facilitate personal shopping appointments to inspire and engage clients
• Execute operational standards, including efficient use of register systems and store tools
• Support the upkeep of physical store maintenance and cleanliness

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
• Proven track record of successful sales performance
• Previous experience working with luxury lifestyle brands in high-volume locations
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible retail hours (including peak and holiday)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in an additional language
