Responsibilities

• Introduce the Brand and its history to new clients
• Demonstrate exceptional product and diamond knowledge
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and accessible client information
• Nurture long-term client relationships through events and new products
• Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure
• Take responsibility for store performance and client satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Support team members and provide training opportunities
• Innovate sales strategies and client engagement

Requirements

• Proven record of fine jewellery sales results
• Strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in local language
• Interest in the jewellery industry
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to use POS systems
• Competent technical skills for business operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, Chinese, or Arabic
