About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to create positive brand experiences
- Educate pet owners about premium pet food products and personalized nutrition benefits
- Demonstrate products and encourage customer participation
- Convert customer conversations into sales and lead opportunities
- Assist with kiosk setup, visual merchandising, and maintaining stock levels
- Complete daily reporting and timesheets accurately
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, promotions, customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in approaching and engaging with diverse customers
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Ability to work independently and meet sales/engagement targets
- Reliable, professional, and well-presented
