Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to create positive brand experiences
• Educate pet owners about premium pet food products and personalized nutrition benefits
• Demonstrate products and encourage customer participation
• Convert customer conversations into sales and lead opportunities
• Assist with kiosk setup, visual merchandising, and maintaining stock levels
• Complete daily reporting and timesheets accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, promotions, customer service, sales, or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in approaching and engaging with diverse customers
• Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently and meet sales/engagement targets
• Reliable, professional, and well-presented
