Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers and start conversations about their pet’s health
• Educate pet owners on parasite protection and key product benefits
• Demonstrate products and confidently recommend the right solution
• Drive sales through customer engagement and product knowledge
• Build strong relationships with store staff to support ongoing advocacy

Requirements

• Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching customers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passionate about animals and their wellbeing
• Experience in retail, sales or brand ambassador roles preferred
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in-store

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or interest in animal health, vet nursing or pet retail
