Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically promote the brand and ensure actions align with corporate mission and values
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized retail consumer experience
• Execute visual merchandising and maintain visual standards for product displays
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed store revenue goals
• Identify sales opportunities and provide solutions tailored to individual consumer needs
• Support community engagement events and brand awareness initiatives
• Uphold operational standards and safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30-40 lbs
