Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically promote the brand and ensure actions align with Carhartt's mission and values
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized, and engaging retail consumer experience
• Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure products are properly displayed
• Identify sales opportunities to meet and exceed store revenue goals
• Collaborate with the team to maintain operational standards and safety
• Support community engagement events and brand awareness initiatives
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development processes

Requirements

• Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills
• Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting (30-40 lbs)
• Availability to work retail hours in an on-site environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail setting
