About the role
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically promote the Carhartt brand and mission through personalized consumer engagement
- Deliver an exceptional retail experience by telling the Carhartt story and finding tailored solutions for customers
- Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure products are properly displayed and organized
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve and exceed total revenue goals
- Support operational standards, safety procedures, and community engagement events
- Participate in performance management, training, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
- Exceptional team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (30-40 lbs)
- Availability to work retail hours in an on-site environment
