Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically promote the Carhartt brand and mission through personalized consumer engagement
• Deliver an exceptional retail experience by telling the Carhartt story and building genuine connections
• Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure products are properly displayed and organized
• Identify sales opportunities to meet and exceed store revenue goals and consumer expectations
• Collaborate with the team to maintain operational standards and uphold company policies
• Support community engagement events and assist leadership with brand awareness initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
• Exceptional team collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting (30-40 lbs)
• Availability to work retail hours in an on-site environment
