About the role
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically promote the Carhartt brand and mission through personalized consumer engagement
- Deliver an exceptional retail experience by telling the Carhartt story and building genuine connections
- Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure products are properly displayed and organized
- Identify sales opportunities to meet and exceed store revenue goals and consumer expectations
- Collaborate with the team to maintain operational standards and uphold company policies
- Support community engagement events and assist leadership with brand awareness initiatives
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills
- Exceptional team collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate lifting (30-40 lbs)
- Availability to work retail hours in an on-site environment
