Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage consumers and invite them into the activation space
• Welcome guests and educate them on Halo Top's better-for-you benefits
• Operate the Halo Top Spin Wheel, explain prizing, and keep guests engaged
• Serve complimentary ice cream samples following food safety standards
• Encourage participation at the branded photo opportunity
• Assist with guest flow and maintain a clean, organized activation space
• Support event setup and teardown
• Rotate between all activation roles to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements

• Food Handler Certification
• Energetic, friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Comfortable approaching members of the public and initiating conversations
• Able to educate consumers on Halo Top products and benefits
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
• Willing to assist with setup, teardown, cleanliness, and rotating responsibilities
• Must attend mandatory virtual training on August 5 and work both activation dates (August 9 & 10)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous brand ambassador, experiential marketing, promotional, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
