Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide an amazing shopping experience
• Educate guests on product details and make personalized suggestions
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed
• Proactively resolve guest concerns following company policy
• Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed

Requirements

• Passion for interacting with people
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Minimum age of 16 years
