About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide an amazing shopping experience
- Educate guests on product details and make personalized suggestions
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests
- Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy
- Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
- Ability to interact with people in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Passion for AE and Aerie products
