Brand AI Architect

Responsibilities

• Build and own a library of internal AI tools including custom web apps, Streamlit interfaces, and automated workflows
• Design and implement automation pipelines connecting creative tools, content systems, and AI APIs
• Integrate generative AI capabilities into creative production workflows and design application features
• Serve as the primary AI implementation resource and educator for brand marketing functions
• Create enablement resources such as playbooks, templates, and prompt libraries
• Define governance standards, including prompt libraries, model selection criteria, and usage guardrails
• Evaluate and prototype new AI platforms and models for brand and creative applications

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in systems thinking, creative technology, software development, or AI engineering
• 3–5 years of hands-on AI experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and advanced prompt engineering
• Proven experience building automation pipelines using APIs and custom scripting
• Solid understanding of brand systems and design foundations
• Ability to communicate technical model tradeoffs to creative audiences and brand constraints to developers
• Experience operating autonomously to scope ambiguous problems and prioritize workstreams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Experience building tools that are adopted and sustained by professional teams
• Background working within creative organizations or in-house brand teams
• Familiarity with graphic design, web, motion graphics, or video production workflows
• Experience implementing AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
