Brand Activator

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver impactful brand activations across gastronomy venues and events
• Organize and implement on-trade activation programs and promotions
• Develop engaging brand experiences to increase awareness and consumer connection
• Collaborate closely with Customer Marketing and Sales teams to optimize market execution
• Build and nurture professional relationships within the culinary, hospitality, and events scene
• Manage and control activation budgets while ensuring high-quality execution
• Track and analyze activation performance, consumer reach, and brand awareness

Requirements

• Experience in brand activation, event marketing, or trade marketing
• Established professional network within the gastronomy, hospitality, and bar scene
• Strong execution skills with a hands-on, structured working style
• Proven ability in responsible budget management
• Analytical approach with a focus on measurable results
• Fluent German and English language skills
