About the Company
Neros is a defense technology company building America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy, concepting, and production of brand activations and events, internally and externally
- Own the strategy, outreach, and relationship management for brand partners
- Own the strategy and vendor management for Neros’ gifting and merchandising
- Manage the event calendar and run of show for events
- Manage vendor relationships and coordination
- Support execution of events via planning, logistics, setup/ tear down, and in-person engagements
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in brand activations and event production
- Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries preferred
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to concept, produce, and execute brand activations
- Demonstrated ability to keep logistics and people on track, on time, and well-orchestrated
- Deep sense of ownership in how brand manifests in experiential moments and physical spaces
