Brand Activation Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for iconic brands like Listerine and Johnson's through consumer and shopper insights
• Develop and implement local brand activation plans, including innovation management and POS activation
• Collaborate with agile cross-functional teams on new product launches and direct-to-consumer activities
• Manage pricing strategies, brand reviews, and sales meetings to align with commercial objectives
• Oversee financial responsibilities including P&L management, budget control, and cost efficiency analysis
• Partner with regional and cluster teams to share local insights and maintain share of voice in the Portuguese market

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Pharmaceutical sciences
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Trade Marketing within consumer healthcare or consumer goods
• Proven experience in the FMCG industry
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing
• Experience in digital and social media content development and activation
• Experience working within a multinational company environment
