Brand Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with a client portfolio through regular account reviews to ensure maximum value.
• Develop growth strategies to increase your book of business in alignment with the EMEA financial plan.
• Build, maintain, and close a pipeline to consistently exceed monthly revenue quotas.
• Support clients with proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and training sessions.
• Work closely with solution engineering teams to ensure the best technical fit for client needs.
• Manage and forecast business accurately using Salesforce.com.
• Follow the consultative sales process (Sandler sales methodology) to uncover customer needs.

Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned individual revenue targets.
• Experience using a consultative sales approach to match solutions to customer needs.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with Director and VP-level executives.
• Deep understanding of business practices, industry trends, and competitors.
• Ability to articulate a compelling vision and demonstrate return on investment during negotiations.
• Self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
