Branch Wholesale Product Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with company policies and procedures
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Maintain store equipment and cleanliness
• Assist in making deliveries as needed
• Stay knowledgeable on product features and suggest ways to improve sales

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One or more years of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or paint-related products
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
