Responsibilities

  • Prioritize excellent customer relations and maintain strong relationships
  • Ensure agreed standards regarding SLA are met
  • Maintain and update information in the database
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical problems on the spot
  • Work shifts including day shifts, night shifts, overtime, weekends, and standby

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Support Technician role
  • A+ and N+ certifications (minimum requirement)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (one week day, one week night)
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and standby
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset and a can-do attitude
