About the role
Responsibilities
- Prioritize excellent customer relations and maintain strong relationships
- Ensure agreed standards regarding SLA are met
- Maintain and update information in the database
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems on the spot
- Work shifts including day shifts, night shifts, overtime, weekends, and standby
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Support Technician role
- A+ and N+ certifications (minimum requirement)
- Ability to work rotating shifts (one week day, one week night)
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and standby
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Growth mindset and a can-do attitude
