Branch Teller

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the branch, ensuring high-quality service and a unique digital experience.
• Act as a Digital Promoter by identifying customer needs and profiling both new and existing clients.
• Advise customers on traditional and digital banking products.
• Direct customers to alternative digital channels such as mobile apps, ATMs, and online banking.
• Facilitate the contracting of digital products, including credit cards and portability, and assist with immediate operations like statement updates and card delivery.

Requirements

• Experience in the promotion and sale of financial products and services.
• Strong customer service orientation and a results-driven mindset.
• Degree in Economics, Administration, or a related field (desirable).
• Proficiency in managing point of sale systems.
• Skills in currency and banknote detection.
• Fluency in Spanish.
