Responsibilities
- Provide second line specialist support and assistance to computer users
- Answer technical questions and resolve technical problems
- Maintain customer networks, software, and computer equipment relating to ARCH Products
- Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving on the spot
- Work overtime, weekends, and standby shifts as required
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar technical support role
- A+ and N+ certifications (minimum requirement, though relevant experience will be considered)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- A growth mindset and can-do attitude
