Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations, including cash management and security protocols
• Lead, manage, and train branch staff and evaluate performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and improve performance
• Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
• Analyze branch performance metrics and implement improvements
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Promote company products and services to meet customer needs
