Branch Sales Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Own branch revenue, gross profit, and booking performance for the Omaha and Sabetha branches
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies, including target account identification and market focus
• Lead, coach, and develop outside sales, inside sales, and support staff
• Drive new customer acquisition and the expansion of existing and dormant accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers such as Schneider, Phoenix Contact, and SICK
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, warehouse, and order fulfillment
• Manage branch P&L performance, including expenses, margins, and inventory investment
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, backlog, and customer count

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in industrial distribution, automation, or a related sales leadership role
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving measurable sales growth
• Strong technical understanding of industrial automation products and vendor ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to balance high-level sales leadership with hands-on operational execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing P&L or branch-level financial performance
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results across multiple responsibilities
