Branch Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability in assigned products through risk selection, pricing, negotiation, and sales.
• Manage daily work processes within a designated territory to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers through regular engagement.
• Provide technical advice, product training, and assistance with loss prevention and claims issues.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to recommend improvements to products or services.
• Prepare customer and distributor reports to support project implementation and business development.
• Resolve technical issues and interpret established policies to address customer concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in sales, OR completion of the Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice program.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.
• Understanding of the insurance industry regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary insurance licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 or more years of direct sales experience.
• Existing insurance licenses for required jurisdictions.
• Experience analyzing financial statements.
