Branch Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability in assigned products through risk selection, pricing, negotiation, and sales.
• Manage daily work processes within the Kota Bharu and Kuala Terengganu territories to achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide technical advice, product training, and assistance with loss prevention and claims issues.
• Analyze customer needs and monitor market trends to recommend product or process improvements.
• Prepare customer and distributor reports to support project implementation and business development.
• Investigate and research potential business development opportunities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5 or more years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology.
• Understanding of the insurance industry regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 or more years of additional specialized sales experience.
• Possession of a valid insurance license.
• Experience in financial statement analysis.
