About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve profit results consistent with established expectations
- Implement a consistent business development program to maximize billable hours and sales growth
- Manage a detailed marketing program including personal sales calls, telephone sales, and public relations
- Direct customer development activities and maintain face-to-face contact with existing and inactive customers
- Implement and monitor activities to recruit, train, and retain temporary employees
- Manage bill/pay structures to ensure proper gross profit levels
- Determine customer credit extensions and implement corporate collection policies
- Assist in annual preparation of detailed forecasts for billable hours, sales, and profit
- Maintain 1500 billable hours
Requirements
- Outside Sales experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and education
- Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry
- Proven track record for successful business development
- Extensive internet recruiting experience
- Strong PC skills and ability to navigate internal systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate people to determine courses of action
- Ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment
