Branch Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve profit results consistent with established expectations
• Implement a consistent business development program to maximize billable hours and sales growth
• Manage a detailed marketing program including personal sales calls, telephone sales, and public relations
• Direct customer development activities and maintain face-to-face contact with existing and inactive customers
• Implement and monitor activities to recruit, train, and retain temporary employees
• Manage bill/pay structures to ensure proper gross profit levels
• Determine customer credit extensions and implement corporate collection policies
• Assist in annual preparation of detailed forecasts for billable hours, sales, and profit
• Maintain 1500 billable hours

Requirements

• Outside Sales experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and education
• Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry
• Proven track record for successful business development
• Extensive internet recruiting experience
• Strong PC skills and ability to navigate internal systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate people to determine courses of action
• Ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment
