Branch Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new, active, and inactive client accounts
• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Manage a minimum of 30 target accounts and develop customized growth strategies
• Conduct in-person sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
• Create and deliver proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction
• Partner with branch operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
• Represent the company at local business events and networking functions
• Maintain accurate sales records and activity tracking within CRM systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of outside sales, business development, or account management experience
• Proven success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Staffing industry experience
• Workforce solutions or human resources sales experience
• Experience selling B2B services
• Leadership or management experience
• Existing business relationships within the local market
