Branch Repairer Spray Equipment Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on various spray equipment, including airless, conventional, electrostatic, and pressure washers, at the store or customer job sites
• Conduct hydraulic and warranty repairs and rebuild pumps
• Repair branch tinting and mixing equipment
• Educate employees and customers on the proper use of spray equipment
• Maintain an inventory of spray parts
• Support sales efforts at the Sherwin-Williams paint store by servicing wholesale and retail customers

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• Prior experience repairing spray or hydraulic pumps and equipment
• Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
• Experience selling paint or operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
