About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs on various spray equipment, including airless, conventional, electrostatic, and pressure washers, at the store or customer job sites
- Conduct hydraulic and warranty repairs and rebuild pumps
- Repair branch tinting and mixing equipment
- Educate employees and customers on the proper use of spray equipment
- Maintain an inventory of spray parts
- Support sales efforts at the Sherwin-Williams paint store by servicing wholesale and retail customers
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
- Willingness to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- Prior experience repairing spray or hydraulic pumps and equipment
- Experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles
- Experience selling paint or operating tinting and mixing equipment
- Ability to communicate in Spanish
