Branch Relationship Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive new business deposit growth through branch interactions, internal referrals, and external sales efforts
• Implement and support treasury management services across the full customer lifecycle
• Open, update, and maintain accurate customer accounts and profiles within the Jack Henry core system
• Prepare and deliver required reporting for business customers
• Build relationships and generate low-cost deposits through local networking and community engagement
• Support branch operations by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong team collaboration
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and bank procedures
• Manage branch lobby traffic and ensure effective lobby management and branch coverage
• Responsible for cash drawer operations and balancing

Requirements

• Previous branch banking experience
• Detailed knowledge of business deposit account opening documentation and regulations
• Previous outside sales or cross-selling experience
• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to read, examine, and organize documents
