Responsibilities

• Ensure acceptable quality and service throughout banking processes by conferring with customers
• Implement bank business plans by developing and reviewing financial policies and practices
• Maintain commercial loan portfolio and serve as a member of the loan committee
• Direct activities of bank management personnel through performance appraisals, training, and administrative decisions
• Oversee sales program goals and monitor sales processes
• Participate in product pricing and marketing of bank products
• Represent the bank in civic and community organizations

Requirements

• Knowledge of finance, investments, and lending practices
• Knowledge of accounting and economic principles
• Knowledge of bank operations and workflow
• Knowledge of management practices
• Skill in problem solving and decision making
• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• 10 years of banking experience
• 5 years of management experience
