Branch Planner

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial trade insights and optimized branch-level planning across the full price store network and concession partners.
• Provide data-driven insights for seasonal hindsight reviews to inform future merchandise buying strategies.
• Support the branch planning process through store density analysis and option productivity analysis.
• Create pre-season plans and in-forecasts to manage store-specific inventory targets, stock build, and capacity levels.
• Partner with Outlet Branch Planning to ensure efficient commercial absorption of leftover full-price stock.
• Develop and analyze commercial trade calendars, capturing the impact of local trading patterns and peak holiday timings on sales KPIs.
• Align local markdown and promotion needs with Planning and Buying teams to maximize margin and sell-through.

Requirements

• Proven experience in branch or merchandise planning, ideally within a full-price or concessions retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail trading dynamics, inventory management, and the impact of promotions on margin.
• Expertise in markdown management, promotion execution, and stock optimization.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and location density strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with Finance, Buying, and Channel leadership.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Retail preferred.
