Branch Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Customer Service Representatives
• Establish and maintain customer communication standards
• Own weekly shipping and fulfillment planning activities
• Validate customer delivery dates against lead times and warehouse capacity
• Approve or deny operational exceptions and purchase orders within authority limits
• Oversee branch inventory administration and accuracy
• Manage shipment confirmation and invoicing processes within the ERP system
• Supervise daily cash handling and bank deposits
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM
• Lead service recovery and root cause analysis for operational issues
• Promote and enforce company health and safety standards

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, customer service leadership, or distribution management
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in a customer-focused environment
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of inventory, purchasing, invoicing, and branch administration
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
